The fret board is probably one of the coolest futures on this guitar and in addition to the seller offering all the original parts, it was a sell point to me. The Inlay it self looks pretty cool and the contrast against the ebony fret board is visually striking. The Moon Inlay SG Special is something I have wanted since they came out on 02. The Ebony fret board is very smooth, soft and very dark shade. The neck is ticker than I would like, yet it feels comfortable and the faded finish makes it fast to play. I am kind of curious to try the Dimarzio and compare it to my SD JB. It has a very cool ring unplugged which makes it a great platform for some customization. The seller must have taken good care of it. I was really impressed, the guitar is in extremely good shape with just a few signs of wear. I pulled the trigger and got it yesterday night. The guitar had been moded with new Grover Tuners and a Dimarzion Super Distortion, but the seller had listed it to include all the original parts as part of the deal. The seller was fast to response and my curiosity satisfied I decided to make an offer which was quickly accepted. I found this beauty on Reverb the other day and after some though I contacted the seller with a few questions.
